We keep data for only 7 days and delete everything when you uninstall the app. Your data is encrypted and never sold.

CEP Fácil collects the following data to provide shipping calculation functionality:
- Postal Code (CEP/ZIP): Used to calculate shipping rates
- Product Information: Product ID, name, and weight for calculations
- Order Status: To track if a calculation resulted in a purchase
- Timestamps: Date and time of calculations
Data we DO NOT collect:
- ❌ Customer names
- ❌ Full addresses (only postal codes)
- ❌ Phone numbers
- ❌ Email addresses
- ❌ Payment information
- ❌ Government IDs or documents
2. How We Use Data
We use collected data exclusively to:
- Calculate shipping rates: Process real-time calculations based on postal codes
- Provide analytics: Show conversion metrics to merchants
- Detect abandoned carts: Help merchants understand purchase behavior
- Improve service: Optimize calculation algorithms
3. Data Retention
🗓️ 7-Day Policy: We automatically delete all shipping calculations older than 7 days.
This cleanup runs daily at 03:00 UTC.
Additionally:
- When you uninstall the app, ALL your store's data is deleted immediately
- We only keep data essential for active app operation
- We don't retain data from inactive users

- Shipping APIs: Melhor Envio, Correios, Frenet (only when you configure these integrations)

CEP Fácil does not use cookies to track end users (store customers).
We only use necessary sessions for merchant authentication in the dashboard.
