By installing and using CEP Fácil ("App"), you ("Merchant") agree to these Terms of Service.
If you disagree with any term, do not install or use the App.
2. Service Description
CEP Fácil is a Shopify application that provides:
- Real-time shipping rate calculations based on postal codes
- Shipping calculator widget for product pages
- Integration with shipping providers (Melhor Envio, Correios, Frenet, Kangu)
- Analytics and shipping conversion metrics
- Abandoned cart detection
3. Requirements
To use the App, you must:
- Have an active Shopify store
- Have authority to connect your store to the App
- Provide accurate configuration information
- Keep your access credentials secure
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- ✅ Use the App only for legitimate e-commerce purposes
- ✅ Provide correct origin postal code for accurate calculations
- ✅ Properly configure shipping provider integrations
- ✅ Not attempt to access unauthorized systems or data
- ✅ Not use the App in violation of applicable laws
5. Shipping Provider Configuration
When configuring shipping provider integrations:
- You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid credentials
- The App is not responsible for errors in third-party APIs
- Fees charged by providers are your responsibility
- We recommend testing in sandbox environment before production use
6. Data and Privacy
Read our full Privacy Policy. Summary:
- We collect only minimum necessary data (postal codes, products, order status)
- Data is retained for only 7 days
- All data is deleted upon app uninstallation
- Your data is never sold to third parties
7. Pricing and Payment
CEP Fácil offers:
- Free Plan: Basic features at no charge
- Paid Plans: Additional features as described in the App Store
If applicable:
- Charges are processed through Shopify's billing system
- Cancellations can be made at any time
- Refunds follow Shopify's policy
8. Service Availability
We strive to keep the App available 24/7, however:
- We don't guarantee 100% uptime
- Scheduled maintenance will be notified in advance
- Interruptions due to force majeure are not our responsibility
9. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We are not responsible for:
- Lost sales due to incorrect shipping calculations
- Failures in third-party shipping provider APIs
- Incompatibilities with Shopify themes or other apps
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the App in the last 12 months.
10. Intellectual Property
The App, including its code, design, and content, is property of the developer and protected by copyright laws.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the App under these terms.
11. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue App features
- Update pricing with 30 days' notice
- Add new features or integrations
12. Cancellation and Termination
You can:
- Uninstall the App at any time through Shopify Admin
- All data will be automatically deleted after uninstallation
- Cancel paid subscriptions without penalty
We can:
- Suspend or terminate your access for violating these terms
- Discontinue the App with 90 days' notice
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from any claims, damages, or expenses
arising from your use of the App or violation of these terms.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes will be resolved in competent courts.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Significant changes will be notified via:
- Email registered in your Shopify store
- Notification in the App dashboard
- Update of the date at the top of this document
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

- If any clause is deemed invalid, the others remain in effect
- Failure to exercise any right does not constitute a waiver
